At DecantX, we strive for complete satisfaction with every fragrance discovery; however, due to the personal nature of our products, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused items. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on decants or samples that have been opened or sprayed.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the glass vials are well-protected to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship the Return
Affix your shipping label and the RMA number to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
